We may collect the following information: personal data such as name, address, phone numbers, etc work place data such as school name, address, etc. family/friends data such as next of kin contact details personal data such as language ability, allergies, eating preferences, etc.

What we do with the information we gather

We require this information to provide services to you that helps us understand your needs and provide you with a better service, and in particular for the following reasons: Invoicing, internal record keeping and company accounts, verification purposes. We use the information to improve our products and services. We may periodically send promotional emails about new courses or other information which we think you may find interesting using the email address which you have provided.

The legal headings under which we process your data

Contractual – we need the information to perform the contract for services your school has requested. Legal – should we be legally required to contact you concerning a service. Consent – where you have given us consent to reveal your contact details to other members of your course group.

What we don’t do with your personal data.

We define your personal data as anything that can be used to recognise you as an individual. This includes data such as name, email address, IP address, phone numer, postal address and postcode. We will never sell any of your personal data. We will never share your personal details with any third party without explicitly requesting permission. We will go to all reasonable efforts to keep your personal data secure from unauthorised personnel. We will never publish your personal data on our website or in a non secured format.

We will correct any information found to be incorrect as soon as possible.

Sale of the Business

In the event that we sell the business to a third party, you agree that any personal information we hold about you may be transferred to the new company.
